This person handles VIPMOAA in the media including local civilian and military newspapers, and serves on the Virginia-wide Public Affairs/Media committee of the Virginia Council of Chapters (VCOC), MOAA. To best serve in this capacity, you need to have email, and experience with digital camera and computer.
