VIPMOAA prints and mails-to-members 11 newsletters per year (every month except July). Editions are posted on our website, as well. To access a specific newsletter, simply point your curser to the NEWSLETTER menu item at left, then select one of the newsletter dates from the drop-down menu. Click on the date you wish to review (most recent is at the top). Once you click on the individual newsletter, you will see a brief summary of each newsletter page beside the individual pages (as PDF documents) to read and/or print. Web-posted newsletters are IN COLOR, mailed newsletters are in black and white to save money on printing.
The following month's meeting info is in each newsletter (i.e. February meeting is in January's newsletter).
Input to the VIPMOAA newsletter is due to the editor by the 2nd Thursday of the month for the following month's newsletter. See criteria for submissions, below. Please keep items concise, and oriented toward our chapter of MOAA.

GOT A STORY TO TEL?
All VIPMOAA members, regular or auxiliary, are encouraged to submit articles for inclusion in the newsletter. We will gladly include your ideas as space permits. Articles should be of interest to a significant segment of our membership. They may include photos relevant to the piece. Pictures should be submitted in separate file from text, preferably in JPEG format. All pictures should have a caption and a credit, if other than the author.
Kindly use the following template for all submitted information:

When submitting VIPMOAA meeting & program info or changes to newsletter editor, please also info-copy Web Manager melvamaj@cox.net for posting on our website. This will allow for web-posting so meeting info is available to members who are out of town, or have misplaced their newsletter, or if snail mail Post Office delivers newsletters late. Also keep in mind that potential members may find info on our Website and thus try out a meeting that catches their attention.
