Virginia Delegate Glenn Oder

TOPIC WAS GOING TO BE: 
His experiences in the Virginia General Assembly and legislation affecting the military community, including active duty, Reserve, Guard, retired, veterans and the dependent families of all of the above.  However, Oder cancelled his presentation, due to resigning from General Assembly to take position with Fort Monroe foundation.

PROGRAM HAS CHANGED TO:  Paul Gallanti, Commissioner of Virginia's Department of Veterans Services, talking about veterans services.  This change made well after newsletter published.
