    Plated Dinner - Choice of A: Sliced Top Sirloin Roast Beef with traditional gravy, buttermilk whipped potatoes, & baby carrots with tarragon butter. Choice B:  Roast Pork Loin, marsala mushrooms sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and sauteed squash medley.  All meals served with Coastal Greens Salad, blend of herbal & bitter greens, baby carrots, cucumber, radish, grape tomatoes, honey sweetened white balsamic vinaigrette. Dessert: New York Cheesecake with macerated strawberries.
