JROTC Scholarship Application Form

To apply for this Scholarship, you will need to download and print the "JROTC Scholarship Application Form" and then manually complete and SCAN the completed form as a PDF, or you may download the file and complete the form electronically and save as a PDF.

Once the form is completed  and saved as a PDF, attach the form to an email addressed to: info@vipmoaa.org with "JROTC Scholarship Application "in the Subject of your email.
