April Luncheon Reservation Form

We will have our own room at the Fort Eustis Club and will share the buffet with other Club attendees.

Reservations MUST be made by Monday 13 Aoril. so the Club knows how many to expect. 

Please note CAC MILITARY ID (updated military ID) or REAL ID* (*driver's license) required to enter Fort Eustis. For Patriots Colony members, PCAW Bus driver is authorized to enter Fort Eustis.
